Dedicated path called the ‘Red Corridor’ was created with dedicated lift for such patients. All entering the hospital from the ‘single entry’ point were also screened for fever before being permitted inside.

Those who were non COVID also had separate route created and different floor to be admitted to. The hospital’s design elegance permitted that. The ICU was also separate and having bacterial filtered air with appropriate air exchanges. The milieu interior was at a comfortable 25 degrees at all times. All these complemented by a dedicated staff and a team of experienced doctors helped create an environment that made patients feel safe.
