Three days ‘Wellness Food Festival’ concludes on high note
Jaipur: Residency of Jaipur were in food heaven during the three days ‘Wellness Food Festival’ which concluded on Sunday with more than 250 guests and visitors who visited the event. Successful in breaking myths related to satvic food taste and Ayurveda, the festival was held at Eco Dera Chandsen Wellness Retreat Resort, Malpura and was very well received by the guests and visitors.
Maintaining all the COVID-19 state protocols, guests relished delectable food spread which included ‘Roasted Beetroot Soup, Bajre ki Raab, Mattar ka Nimona, Sarson ka Saag and Aloo-Pyaaz ki Sabzi, Redpepper Garlic Chutney, Bajra Masala Roti, Meethi Laddoo, Hare Chane ka Halwa, Lauki ka Halwa’ and much more. With the ongoing winter season, organic and immunity booster food preparations were an instant hit among the guests.
Commenting on the festival success, Hemant Singh Hapawat, Founder, Eco Dera Chandsen Wellness Retreat said, “This was the first of its kind Wellness Food Festival in Rajasthan and we are grateful and delighted with the response from our guests and visitors. Our aim for the festival was to educate and enrich people with the knowledge about wellness and satvic food along with Ayurveda along with promoting sustainable hospitality and wellness tourism.”
Throughout the three days, guests were seen enjoying relaxing therapies available at the resort along with indulging in various activities like Village Walk, Camel cart ride, Bicycle ride, games etc.
